Can you believe it’s time for the fall get-away-weekend?  Clara Blalock  from The Stitching Parlor, Inc. will be our guest instructor again this year.

Come join us for a cozy weekend of cross-stitching with a little food, sleep, and friends tossed in!  Our Tea With The Queen weekend projects are pictured below (display props not included). 

We will learn how to make a pin keep, make a simple tassel, cover a bone ring using the buttonhole stitch and assemble a sewing purse.

The specialty stitches used in these projects are Satin Stitch, Nun’s Stitch, Cross Stitch over one and Buttonhole Stitch.

The cost of Tea With the Queen is $175.00. This includes your project instructions and supplies, but does not include your room or meals.  Remember class space is limited so register soon.

Hotel reservations are on your own.  Register by August 18, 2009 and request The Stitch and Frame Shop rate of $94 plus tax for a double or king room.

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of registration.

The balance is due by September 1, 2009.
