Ordering, Shipping and Payment Information
SECURITY: Our shopping cart system uses the best security available on the web. All of the customer information you give us is kept strictly confidential and we do not make our customer list available to anyone, ever.
SHIPPING: In most cases, orders under $50.00 are sent via United States Postal Service. Rates outside of the continental United States vary per USPS published rates. We normally ship packages destined for outside of the US via USPS. Larger parcels are sent via UPS. Most orders are shipped within a week, but occasioinally items are backordered or delayed in shipping to us, so please allow two weeks before inquiring about your oder. If we anticipate a delay longer than that, we will let you know by email.

Under $20 - $4.75
$20.01-$50.00 - $5.75
$50.01 - $100.00 - $6.75
Over $100.00 - $7.75

FOREIGN ORDERS: We welcome orders from outside the US. Small orders are sent by International First Class or Priority Mail International with orders $50 and over insured, with all of the appropriate customs forms and declarations. Customs forms are not necessary on all parcels, but on those that do require it, all information will be stated accurately and completely. Please do not ask us to do otherwise.

CHANGES/ADDITIONS: Once an order has been placed, the security on our order system does not allow it to be altered in any way. Additions to orders will be treated as a separate order.
SPECIAL ORDERS: If there is anything you are looking for that is not listed on the site, please email us at stitchframes@comporium.net and we will be glad to get it for you. We can order anything you want from Hoffman Distributing, Norden Crafts, Nordic Needle, Yarn Tree, Wichelt Imports and other suppliers. If you cannot find what you want on these sites, email us and we will do our best to find it for you.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks but your order will not be shipped until the check is received.
ERRORS: We try hard not to let mistakes happen, but if we've made an error in your order, please contact us and we'll correct it as quickly as possible.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized. Please contact us if you wish to return any items. Unless we are in error and have sent you an item you did not order, all returns are sublect to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. Special orders and sale items are not returnable.
