Big Lynn Lodge

We only have a few short weeks before we head up the mountain to Big Lynn Lodge in Little Switzerland, NC, for camp. I'm ready and really excited about our project this year! Meg Shinall (owner of the Flower Thread Company) has designed a lovely biscornu (oddly shaped pincushion) using the cobblestone stitch (pulled work) with a delicate rose motif and a ladybug button. A wrapped herringbone stitch will be used on the base of the biscornu. The final assembly will use a laced backstitch.
Hope you've made your reservations and are getting excited about this weekend of stitching and relaxing! FUN!FUN!FUN!
